Anyone can google and get a list of scholarships or get a list from a counselor/mentor, but what good is the list if you don’t know how to build a successful scholarship packet?
Scholarship Workshop for high school students, their parents, undergraduates and graduate students.
This workshop helps parents gain crucial knowledge and insight from a parental perspective and students will gain confidence and a great understanding from a fellow student who just recently overcame the very challenges they are facing; learning how to tap into the billions of dollars of FREE scholarship money.
Students and parents will understand the key components of preparing, applying and winning scholarships. They will also learn essential information that financial aid offices won’t voluntarily share.
Some of the premier subject matters that we will cover include:
1. The importance of the student’s GPA
2. Discussing letters of recommendation
3. Scholarships’ impact on financial aid
4. Essay writing… and much more!
We want to enlighten scholars on creating and submitting winning scholarship packets, getting their mailboxes filled with congratulatory letters and lining their pockets with scholarship checks.
Cost: $35
